Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Oakville Little League ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
Information We Collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send us. We don't collect any other personal information through this site beyond the anonymous analytics described below.
Registration & Scores
This site itself doesn't process registrations or store player data. Registration links take you to TeamSnap, and our schedules/standings pages embed TeamLinkt — both are separate services with their own privacy policies governing any information you provide there.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit this site and which pages they view. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't collect any personally identifiable information — visit data is aggregated, not tied to you individually.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, and this site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both providers may process your information as part of delivering their service to us; neither uses it for their own marketing. Both are global companies, so your information may be processed outside Canada — in either case, it's used only to deliver their service to us, not for any purpose of their own.
Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a reasonable business record, after which they're deleted.
Your Rights
Under PIPEDA, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it, at any time — by emailing secretary@oakvillelittleleague.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, please contact us first at secretary@oakvillelittleleague.com so we can try to resolve it directly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
