• House League, Challenger League, Off-Season Clinics, Fall Baseball, and Summer Camp all register through TeamSnap.
• Whitecaps All-Star registration is different — complete the tryout form instead of TeamSnap.

We offer several programs:

• House League — our largest program (8 divisions, age-based)
• Challenger League — adaptive baseball for children with physical or cognitive challenges
• Whitecaps All-Star — competitive tournament teams, in addition to House League
• Off-Season Clinics, Fall Baseball, and Summer Camp

Whitecaps is different from House League:

1. Player must already be registered in House League.
2. Complete the Whitecaps tryout form, found on the Whitecaps page.
3. Attend tryouts in May.
4. If selected, payment is collected later at uniform fitting.

Whitecaps is an additional fee beyond House League.

Oakville Little League does its best to form balanced teams. Players are assigned based on prior season coach evaluations (returning players) and player evaluation sessions (new players, when required). Balanced teams promote fairness, development, and competitive games.

Except for our two youngest divisions (Learn to Play and Minor T-Ball), we no longer accept friend requests. Team balance and competitive integrity are prioritized across all divisions.

Team changes are extremely rare. Requests must be made in writing, demonstrate extenuating circumstances, and be approved by the VP of Baseball Operations. Most requests are not approved due to team balance considerations.

Oakville Little League supports age-appropriate play. Division changes are only considered for safety reasons, with a written request, at the discretion of the VP of Baseball Operations. Developmental reasons alone are not sufficient.

Yes. We follow our Fair Play model, which encourages equal batting opportunities, minimum inning requirements, and development for all players.

House League typically runs May–August, Whitecaps tournaments begin in late May or June, Fall Ball runs September and part of October, and clinics run during the off-season. Exact dates are posted on the respective program page.

Games are played at multiple diamonds throughout Oakville. Visit the Fields page for maps and addresses.

Typically required: glove, helmet, bat (USA Baseball approved), cleats (no metal in younger divisions), and a protective cup (strongly recommended/required).

We follow a step process to resolve issues efficiently: speak with your Team Manager, contact your Division Convenor, then escalate to the VP of Baseball Operations if necessary.
