Oakville Little League’s Off-Season Training Program is designed for players ages 7–16, whether sharpening fundamentals for House League or working toward a competitive All-Star/Rep level. All clinics are led by adult instructors with collegiate-level or higher playing and coaching experience; many sessions are led by current Whitecaps coaches and supported by Whitecaps program graduates.

- Best for recreational players, skill development & fundamentals, players newer to structured training.
- High Performance (HP)
- Best for competitive/rep players, athletes seeking advanced development, players preparing for higher-level play.
